Pets allowed(3 maximum) and there is fenced yard. Cats are not allowed. Please keep pets off beds and furniture. Clean after your pets(Pet waste bags are provided).
If you want to have an event please let us know and keep noise level down. Be respectful to the neighbors. Big groups are reminded to be careful and to not go wild and don't cause damages. We will charge for replacement of items labor and management time.
No Smoking in the house. If a smoking smell is detected in the home in anyway, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $1000.
If we need to drain the hot tub because of spilled drinks you will be charged $250. Big groups please be respectful and take care of the place.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
